The Tehran Karate Federation is committed to protecting the privacy of its website users and volunteers. Information submitted through registration forms, the Contact Us page, and the International Exchange Program application (including IELTS documents) is used solely to review applications, communicate with applicants, and manage volunteers.

Information We Collect

Information such as name, email, phone number, belt rank, and sports background, and - in the international exchange section - IELTS scores and certificate files, is stored securely in the site's database.

Sharing of Information

User information is not shared with third parties except where required by law or with the user's explicit consent.

Security

Passwords are stored as secure hashes, and access to the admin dashboard is restricted to users with the administrator role.
