Volunteers applying for international programs (coaching certification, athlete exchange, or referee seminars) must upload a valid IELTS certificate along with identification documents on the "Apply for Exchange Program" page.
A minimum overall score of 5.5 is required for international coaching certification, and a minimum of 6.0 for the international referee seminar.

Yes, most member clubs run dedicated programs for young children and teenagers under the supervision of licensed coaches.
